We don’t know a Peruvian who doesn’t have a fond memory of home every time we think about Pollo a la Brasa. Peruvian Rotisserie is a project that forlong was being contemplated by Chef Martin Castillo and his brother Antonio Castillo, they had in mind a more casual, affordable place with food that would remind everyone of home.
